Our main goal is to help you retain your natural teeth by preventing and treating periodontal disease. Gum disease is currently the most common reason for tooth loss. Robert J. Yu, DMD

A periodontal specialist

Dr. Robert J. Yu is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a diplomate and fellow of the International Congress of Implantologists. As a periodontal specialist, he focuses on gum disease and the dentition's surrounding structures (gums and bone). Dr. Yu is one of the few board-certified periodontists in the Tampa Bay area and affirms that his office offers the most state of the art technology available in dentistry today.

Tammy

Office Manager & Insurance Coordinator

Tammy started in the dental industry in 1986 and has enjoyed working with Dr. Yu since 2006.

Tammy was born and raised in Indiana where she met her husband Jim in 2005. They relocated to the Tampa Bay area a year later and have been enjoying it ever since. All of Tammy and Jim’s children have 4 legs. Spanky and Buddy, who are both adorable pugs, have three feline siblings, Munchie, Lex, and Tiger. In her spare time Tammy enjoys boating, fishing, snorkeling, and making the handmade soap that you can find in our office. She started in the dental industry in 1986 and has enjoyed working with Dr. Yu since 2006.
